All the exporters to Turkey are required by the Turkish Authorities to complete an

You need to send us the following documentation: 

• Original Exporter Registration form, filled out and signed from Senior Company Official 
• a copy of the Articles of Incorporation or State Business License
• a copy of an Invoice and Packing List
• a check made out to TACCI for $320.00 to cover $250 TACCI service fee, $50 notarization fee and the $20 fee for the Turkish Consulate, you can pay also by credit card over the phone or by cash at the TACCI office. (if you need more than one copy, Turkish Consulate charges $20 for each copy).
• UPS or FedEx return label for documents
  

All the documentation are to be scanned and sent to TACCI for review before the registry.
TACCI personnel takes your form to notarization, and then process the documentation with Turkish Consulate and send back the original form approximately in 3 business days.

Original approved documents need to be included in the first shipment to Turkey, it is recommended to send a copy with each shipment. Exporter registration is done once a year. Registered companies can ship to any company in Turkey.
