The exporters to Turkiye are required by the Turkish authorities to complete an Exporter Registry Form. This is a procedure which has been in effect since January 1st, 2009. Turkish American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TACCI) is the authorized institution in the US, and processes the exporter registry forms for all the US-based companies.

To register your company, you need to send us the following:

• Original Exporter Registration form, filled out and signed by the senior company official and notarized by a public notary.
• a copy of the Articles of Incorporation or State Business License
• a copy of an Invoice and Packing List

  PLEASE NOTE:The Original Exporter Registry Form should have the original signature by the senior company official and notarized before it is sent to TACCI.

• Payment: $250 TACCI Service Fee + $19.62 Turkish Consulate Fee = $269.62 TOTAL

IMPORTANT:If the company that you are submitting the form for is located in one of the states within the jurisdiction of the Turkish Consulate in New York - Delaware, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Puerto Rico - we advice you to get your document notarized by a local public notary beforehand.- PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK IF YOUR STATE IS LISTED.

The payment can be made by a check to the order of "Turkish - American Chamber of Commerce & Industry" or you can pay by credit card over the phone or you can pay cash at the TACCI Office. Also, if you need more than one Original Exporter Registry Form, please note that Turkish Consulate charges $19.62 for each document and your total is revised accordingly.

• UPS or FedEx Return Label for documents

  TACCI personnel takes your document to be processed by the Turkish Consulate and send back the original form approximately in 3 business days.

  The original approved document needs to be included in the first shipment to Turkey, it is recommended to send additional Original Exporter Registry Forms within each next shipment. Exporter registration is done once a year so you can use the copies within next 12 months. Once your company is registered, you can ship to any company in Turkey throughout the year.

To submit a document to the authorities in Turkey, you need to get them approved by the following order:

• Approval of a U.S. Public Notary
• Approval of TACCI (the recognized chamber by the Turkish authorities)
• Turkish Consulate Notary in New York

You need to submit us the following:

• Original document(s)
• Payment: $150 TACCI Service Fee + $50 Notarization Fee + $19.62 Turkish Consulate Fee per document = $219.62 TOTAL for one document. A detailed invoice will be provided.
• (If you prefer to get your document(s) notarized by a public notary beforehand, then the TOTAL for one document is $169.62) The payment can be made by a check to the order of "TACCI" or you can pay by credit card over the phone or you can pay cash at the TACCI Office. Please note that the, Turkish Consulate charges $19.62 for each copy.
• UPS or FedEx return label for documents / Messenger service arrangement

TACCI personnel can complete all the steps for your approximately in 3 business days.
